FOUNDER
Nikko is the founder of Sandeema Company, a commercial real estate firm that focuses on brokerage and sourcing acquisitions and development opportunities. Before launching Sandeema, Nikko specialized in sourcing niche acquisition and development opportunities as a Senior Associate at Colliers, a global commercial real estate brokerage. In Nikko’s career in real estate, he has sourced over $200 million of commercial real estate transactions. He is a graduate of DePauw University where he was captain of the football team.
